MMD Advokati Advise Itelyum on Acquisition of Jacob Becker d.o.o

We are happy to share the news about another successful closing of milestone M&A transaction we had few days ago.

Our team, represented by Veljko Dostanić and Rastko Mališić advised Itelyum, a leading European circular economy group specialized in recycling complex streams of hazardous waste, on its acquisition of 100% shares in company Jakob Becker.

Jakob Becker is one of the leading companies in Serbia, specialized in the collection, transport and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

The transaction represents entry of the Itelyum group in the Ex-Yu region, as simultaneously with the acquisition of Serbian subsidiary of Jacob Becker group, Itelyum acquired 100% of shares of Jacob Becker Croatia.
