MMD Advokati Advise Beam Global on Further Expansion in Serbia

We are excited to announce that MMD Advokati had the pleasure and privilege of advising and assisting Beam Global, a Nasdaq-listed clean tech company renowned for its sustainable products and technologies in EV charging, energy storage, and energy security, on their latest acquisition in the Serbian market.

This transaction involved acquiring 100% of the shares of Telcom, a Belgrade-based leader in power electronics. Along with last year’s major acquisition of Amiga (now known as Beam Europe), this marks a significant advancement for Beam Global and the Serbian economy, as the Serbian subsidiaries are poised to become European leaders in clean, reliable energy.
