MMD Advokati Advise APS Quattro on Sale of Leasing Company

We are thrilled to announce that MMD Advokati had the privilege of advising APS Quattro Holding S.à.r.l., a Luxembourg financial holding, in the strategic sale of 100% of its shares in Vantage Leasing to ALTA banka a.d. Beograd.

After more than a year of intensive negotiations and securing all necessary regulatory approvals from the National Bank of Serbia and clearances from the Serbian Competition Office, the transaction has been successfully finalized. Vantage Leasing is now proud to be part of the ambitious Alta group, a leading financial institution in Serbia.
