Lecture on Consumer Law

On June 3, 2024 our colleague and partner Oliver Radosavljević held a lecture at the University Of Belgrade Faculty Of Law as part of the Study for Knowledge Innovation – Corporate Compliance Association. Oliver presented interesting cases from practice and everyday business concerning consumer protection and health and safety of products, items of general use and food.

Bearing in mind that in 2018, our office was recognized by AKS as one of the selected ones that prepared and harmonized Lists of indicators and recognition of suspicious transactions and persons, during his presentation, Oliver had the opportunity to point out the practical importance of harmonized operations, as well as to convey his experiences regarding the risks that arise as a result of non-compliant operations.

This is the first and important beginning of the study of this area. The lecturers at these studies are professors, recognized experts in practice from several fields, as well as representatives of regulatory bodies. Studies for knowledge innovation are carried out with the active support and presence of the Corporate Compliance Association.
