MMD Advokati Advise Mayekawa on Acquisition of Em Dip Pro Team

MMD Advokati has advised worldwide leader Mayekawa Europe on its acquisition of 100% shares of Serbian company Em Dip Pro Team.

Mayekawa Europe, being a worldwide leader, operates in the gas compression and refrigeration equipment market.

Em Dip Pro Team is the local market leader in production of pressure vessels, separators, coolers, and filters and is based in Belgrade.

This transaction represents a continuation of the expansion of the Mayekawa group operations in Serbia and is certainly a huge boost for Mayekawa’s operations in the region.
