MMD Advokati Advise Beam Global on Acquisition of Amiga

MMD Advokati advised BEAM GLOBAL, a Nasdaq listed clean tech hub providing sustainable products and technologies for EV charging, energy storage and energy security, in acquisition of 100% shares in Serbian company Amiga, local leader in production of pols for public lightning, long-distance power lines, mobile networks and innovative solar tech application.

The deal’s significance goes beyond the Serbian market, Namely, the transaction is certainly a milestone deal, as it relates to the emerging market of EV and chargers, and the synergy between the local target and BEAM GLOBAL in the close future should lead to the sale and implementation of their new solutions all over Europe, whereas the Serbian target is seen as future European hub for entire BEAM GLOBAL operations.
