Uros is a Partner in MMD with more than 10 years of professional experience in advising and representing numerous clients from various industries.

He is specialized in representing clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings, as well as in misdemeanour, criminal and commercial offence proceedings. Uros has extensive experience in out-of-court negotiations, as well as in mediation procedures. He was recognized as a “rising star” for dispute resolution area in the Legal 500 edition for 2021.

Uros has acquired significant experience in real estate projects, including drafting and negotiating agreements with contractors and subcontractors, purchase and sale agreements, as well as lease agreements.

Uros was actively involved in concluding numerous M&A transactions, most notably the sale of one of the largest banks in the market.
